After last season's collection I felt a bit disappointed with Nicolas Ghesquière. Even though, I must confess, some pieces finally grow on me.
This time, the French designer amends his faults with a thoughtful collection, that follows the line he's been drawing since his entry in the Spanish house. Futurism and great tailoring sum up Balenciaga's project for next fall/winter.
Enjoy
Pssss: pointed stilettos are definitely back. God's word.

Absolutely FABULOUS, IN NICOLAS WE TRUST!Kiss
The man can't seem to be faulted...even with printed latex!
I don't really like this collection. well, it's not my favourite. i don't hate it, but i'm just not a fan. oh, and i really dont like pointed stilettos. i think they're the ugliest shoes you can ever find. baaah.
I'm not keen on the foot wear, but the shiny paten/latex (?) coats are totally desirable.
The clothes are amazing indeed!
But I wish pointed stilettos would disappear from the earth...really hate them.
I think dress #1 is hot!
Love all the outfits! Nicolas Ghesquière is very creative! Love the stilettos...they totally represent femininity :)
I loved how Ghesquière managed to push forward the summer inspiration into fall, it's amazing!
