Most people have a dream garment. A perfect piece that seems impossible to find. Mine is a pair of ruby slippers ala Dorothy.
I'd lost all hope of finding a decent pair, when the other day internet gave me the answer: a site to create your own ruby shoes. Dissapointment came soon; they charge you for the instructions. Truth to be told, the amount is rather ridiculous, but I still believe the internet should be a place where everybody share their knowledge for free.

The search continues.

I totally agree, Allure for president. Ohhhhhh, I love the song, and the film, and I do love Judy sooo much!kiss
Last year I got a pair of ruby flats that were far from perfect but looked good enough, they broke and just lat week I found another pair at lefties for 3€, I could've cried at the shop from happiness.
The french brand Manoush had some really great ruby-slippers-like shoes a couple of seasons ago but I couldn't afford them then :(
There used to be a high heel version of those from Office in the UK, I so wish I get those now..
I hope you find those ruby slippers! You could always check a costume store.
I think my dream item is the same. I always find some in children's department, but sadly I have adult size feet!
I'd look at costume shops, they might have a good pair
Allure, that's so sweet, I didn't think that this could be the dream item for many (big) girls ;) I want a pair, too. I just discovered your blog and I love it. I am planning to do one, too, but I am not sure about the topics and whether I'll manage my English.
I'll see. Congratulations on your blog. It's very good, really. Cheers. Olga
