I could devote this post to explaining the reasons why Gustave Le Gray is considered the great innovator in the 19th century photography. But it's Sunday and the mind needs to rest. I merely say that his pictures evoke masterfully the summer evenings that we all be missing in a couple of months. Me limitaré a decir que sus fotografías evocan de forma magistral los atardeceres veraniegos que tanto echaremos de menos en un par de meses.
