The best and the worst.

The year is coming to an end and I thought it would be a great idea to do a post about my best/worst buys of 2008. I encourage you to do the same and publish them in your blog -if you have one- or if you prefer it you can send them to me at silkandlame@hotmail.com and I'll publish them.

Como el año está tocando a su fin he pensado que sería una gran idea hacer un post acerca de mis mejores/peores compras de 2008. Os animo a hacer lo mismo y publicarlo en vuestros respectivos blogs -si teneis uno- o si lo preferís podeís mandarmelas a silkandlame@hotmail.com y yo las publicaré.

Best buys: Charles Anastase dress, Ferragamo Vara shoes, Superfine black skinnies (best fit ever!), H&M perfecto, red silk scarf from Etsy.

Lo mejor: vestido de Charles Anastase, zapatos Vara de Ferragamo, pitillos Superfine, perfecto de H&M y pañuelo rojo de seda de Etsy.

Worst buys (I hardly worn any of this things): custom made black skater skirt, American Apparel triblend pullover, round tortoise sunglasses from e-bay and selfmade flower skirt.

Lo peor (porqué no me lo puse casi nunca): falda negra de corte skater hecha a medida, jersey de American Apparel, gafas redondas de e-bay y por último una falda de flores hecha por mi.

    pues me gustan todas tus compras, incluso als que estan entre las peores del año, salvo el vestido con corazones
    la falda de flores hecho por ti me encanta y seguro que se lleva mucho ese estilo el proximo verano

    Julia: it's faux leather, I don't remember how much it was but around 40€. It was really cheap!

    Oh my gosh! I cannot believe your AA Triblend pulover is one of your worst buys! I practically live in mine to the point that it's beginning to become worn haha

    Oh, but I love my tri blend pullover! Haha, for me it's the perfect piece to wear when I don't want to think about what I'm wearing. Actually I usually pair it with Superfine jeans (truly the best), flats and a nice coat and scarf.

    P.S: dying of Charles Anastase dress envy!...

    oops, just realized you thought the AA raglan was the worst buy, it was a bit pricey but it looks great with jeans, shorts and cute skirts too, give it another try, otherwise try selling it on ebay as I know you will probably get close to what you paid for it!

    I love these best/worst lists I should make one..hmm.. but I would feel guilty..like 'did I really buy this much?'

    Superfine jeans..I love the gold button on them.. they don't fir me right though.

    i've got to say, the best buys are amazing, but i actually rather love the "worst" buys.

    i remember you posting about making that floral skirt and i still love it! why don't you like it anymore? and the glasses are cute too. but i can totally understand that feeling of regret of the things you no longer love.

    ...but all the same. the skirt? i'll have it. hee!

    My best buy this year was definitely the H&M Comme des Garcons boiled wool biker jacket. I just love it! I also love your H&M leather version. From the photo it looks like great leather - not too shiny...
